About Chef Nicole

Nicole Retchin created Chef Nicole Miami, a South Florida-based healthy meal delivery service, that began in 2010. The vision behind Chef Nicole was to offer healthy, well-balanced meals that are equally delicious and nutrient-dense featuring complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, and vegetables.

Nicole has a deep-rooted passion for helping the community create a healthy relationship with food and maintain an active lifestyle. Over the years, she has partnered with a number of local organizations, from Baptist Health South Florida, Ronald McDonald House to the Lululemon Dadeland Run Club.

Prior to starting her business, Nicole worked as a chef for a local eating disorder center for women in Miami. As a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Nicole is an active runner and completes half marathons and triathlons in her spare time.
